I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2008, opening my first office in Galloway and later expanding to Dublin in 2016. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to earn multiple qualifications and achievements, but what matters most is the pride we take in delivering excellent customer service. Our two offices have a combined 13+ years of experience, and we’re dedicated to helping our customers protect what matters most.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andy Ottney - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
